I have been hooping since 2008 and it’s the most fun I’ve ever had moving my body!! Yes, it’s better than dancing! I can teach large groups or individuals. Students will learn the core and off-body techniques of hooping that will build a solid foundation to use in hoop dancing. The techniques taught here will strengthen the major muscle groups of the body as well as challenge the mind. The practice of hoopdance also opens the upper back and chest, increases balance and
